	All Day Sunday Workshops




	However, in response to requests from Artists, Galleries, Groups and individuals, *modelled me* designs and delivers individual or series of Workshops that augment or introduce Figurative Art to the the Artists or Area. These sessions are designed to augment activities of the local club, not to replace or detract from them. One such on going session is that in the Gloucester Area, where Sabre Art opened the doors of their Studio / Gallery in Quedgeley to host *modelled me UK* Figurative Art sessions in mid 2008 for n initial session that has expanded into 2 terms of 3 sessions per year.


	Now in their 7th year, these highly successful - *model lead* workshops are a delight to attend with a supportive and involved group of artists, students and tutors attending from a 150 mile radius. We deliver these very popular events year round - at a minimum rate of one every 4 weeks on a Sunday between 10:00 to 16:00. Our main base has been in a bright, spacious facility in Old Town SWINDON providing ample space for the artists to move around to gain clear views of the model(s).

The time table for each venue is designed to satisfy the requirements of the group, but usually starts with a structured series of short dynamic poses to allow all to loosen up and get “in the swing”.

The poses throughout are crafted to provide interest and to stretch the artists abilities.

As the day progresses, the poses lengthen, allowing more detailed studies to be undertaken.

In Swindon, we are delighted to have Arran Miles - the well known tutor and figurative Artist on hand to offer help, advice and comment - when it is asked for.


	Throughout the day at all our venues, - the events are model lead, allowing you to use what ever medium and style suits *YOU*. We enable you to “Explore your own Artistic Boundaries” - not to see see how closely you can copy the style and approach of the tutor!

After Lunch, we usually have a second model deliver one or two long poses through until the end of the day, whilst the first model continues to deliver medium length poses.

The artists are free to move around the spacious studio area to gain different vantage points of theses poses - produce a single detailed piece - or a number of individual ones concentrating on different areas of the models anatomy - the choice throughout is yours.

The models we provide are of the highest quality - and provide a great range of morphology and musculature to deliver a constantly changing figurative experience to the artists. We provide the models and inspiration - you provide the application and commitment - together we aim to deliver a unique artistic experience.
